Hello,
I noticed that we now have several email templates for Onboard notifications. Can you please tell me if these are currently working? If not, is there a golive date for these?
Tour Completion Notification
Additional form change notification
Tour Assignment Notification
Tour Reminder Notification
Tour Cancellation Notification
Will each of these be sent to all Client Admins? Or will only the Client Admins only with Onboard permissions receive these?
