Rates are not cloned if Start Date and End Dates are edited while cloning rates and Cloned Rates are not getting displayed in the Current Rates list
Steps to regenerate
1) Click on Clone to Company icon (same issue is for clone on self company also)
2) Enter Rate Name
3) Select Start Date (1/12017) and End Date (12/31/2017)
4) Click Twice on Apply button
5) Click OK on warning message for eligibility
6) Click OK on rate(s) cloned successfully message
7) Search the newly cloned rate
Result: Records not displayed for newly cloned rate
Note: This doesn't happen when dates kept as it is without selecting another
This issue ( i.e.WT-9424) is related to WT-9389 which is already deployed on stage and is under testing phase.

Found this existing issue while checking NF-1100 on Azure.
While cloning is shows Rate(s) cloned successfully but when checked on another Company its not cloned .
Expected Result: Either this should restrict cloning if dates are edited and cloned OR it should show validation message not to edit the dates
Can you please take it forward ?
