1) History Table creation for EmployeeSignature table
2) Updating datetimestamp in EmployeeTourStatus table on completing each step in tour as well when the tour is completed

We are done with testing of attached scenarios on LB (wt-stage), deployed changes are working as expected. We can deploy it to Stage.
