Getting server error when we add new company on LB.
ErrorID : 0
ErrorSource : ControllerAppTier.Clone->WORKTERRAControllerAppTier.Clone->Company.Clone->Company.AddCompany->Company.UploadStandardsReports->RDLGenerator.UploadRDL
ErrorMessage: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.
Due to this we cannot test WT-715
Below are the 3C's:
Concern:- LB - Add Company - Getting server error while add new company
Cause:- This bug is because WT-9377 was pending.
Correction:- WT-9377 has been implemented.

Scenarios Verified:

ErrorMessage: Cannot open backup device '\\WORKTERRASQL\DatabaseBackup\CloneCompany\MasterCompanyDB_20170623.BAK'. Operating system error 67(The network name cannot be found.).
BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally.
Please resolve above error mentioned by Hrishikesh regarding path sharing for MasterCompanyDB used while adding company.

Thank you. Following are the 3C's for reopening of issue:
Concern:
ErrorMessage: Cannot open backup device '\\WORKTERRASQL\DatabaseBackup\CloneCompany\MasterCompanyDB_20170623.BAK'.
Cause:
Folder sharing and access rights were improper on LB environment.
Correction:
Appropriate rights have been given by deployment engineer.
Please note that folder access / rights related issues for any environment are not caused because of code fixes.
As no code fix is required, have changed the item state to LB Deployed.
Please verify at your end once.

Could you please mark this JIRA as OnHold. We can move this on Production once WT-9223 is made Ready for Production.
As discussed with Prasanna Karlekar and [~parmeshwar.jumbade] , All Enhancement WT-129, WT-9377 and WT-9223 move at same time on Production. So, We will move all enhancement on 09/19/2017
