1. Every Year of first month event should be of Open Enrollment.
2. Should have offer specific coverage element on the file. (OFFR=COVG)
Ex.
If OFFR IS open enrollment then should coverage event must be of Open Enrollment.
3. Employee has Continuous enrollment from last year his enrollment effective must be
reflected as current year start date.
Ex.
Employee Name - Abc
Actual Enrollment Effective Date- 01/01/2016 or 05/01/2016
Termination Date- Null
Expected on the file -Effective Date as - 01/01/2017 & Termination Date as Null.
4.Should be identifiable eligibility records associated with offer as unique
5.WEF Process Flag whether to run or not.
Current Implementation : If Employee has Continuous enrollment from last year, his effective date was populating his actual enrollment effective date in the system.
New Implementation : If Employee has Continuous enrollment from last year, his enrollment effective date must be reflected as current year start date.

We have verified above mentioned issue on Stage [Metso for Hspl.
Its working fine.]
Verified points are as follows.
1. Every Year of first month event should be of Open Enrollment - Done
This is only for open enrollment changes
2. Should have offer specific coverage element on the file. (OFFR=COVG)

If OFFR IS open enrollment then should coverage event must be of Open Enrollment - Done

Hi Revan,
While testing the incremental transactions on metso we found below issues
1. OFFER != COVG(Some employees got multiple offers and single COVG).
2. ELIG seg is not rolled out for some employees even they are eligible for plans.
Please check.
