Invoice Management -> Cancel button should be enabled when a user is only able to view the template details.

      Description

      Steps:-
      1] Log into the site using partner credentials
      2] Search and select company which has an invoice created by SA login
      3] Now on invoice management edit the invoice created by SA
      4] Click on Cancel button and observe

      Actual Result:-
      On click of cancel button no action is performed.

      Expected Result:-
      On click of cancel button system should redirect the user to the Invoice Management screen.
