We tried to reproduce the issue by applying various scenarios but it is not reproducing .
Will try some more scenarios and give update as soon as possible.

          Hello Debbie Kulling,

We have tried the scenarios for this rate “Life insurance” and following are our observations:

          1. We edited existing sub rate and added new values, there was no error while saving it.
          2. We added other dependents, spouse, child, dependent partner etc tried scenarios by adding and editing new values, there was no error while adding/editing sub rates.
          3. We also discussed this issue with development teams; there was no issue found while saving the sub rate.
4.we also tried to check the error log from back-end but did not found error log for this issue.

Request you please check and confirm at your end, and if still the problem persists please get back to us with the copy of an attachment and details like which fields you were trying to edit, so that it would be helpful for us for our further analysis.

Do let us know if you have any issues. Thank you!

I have never seen that error before. Do you know what generates it?

The client is still getting the error. Below are the steps they followed

Click on the rate I would like to update (in this case Life Insurance)

I have no problem changing and saving any information on the Rates tab

On the Sub Rates tab I click on the rate I want to update

I enter the new rate, and hit save.

When I hit the save button at the bottom of the page, the attached error message pops up.

Was a change done to stage that caused this error to occur? How long will it take to get released to stage?
