I9 - Application should prompt alert message - if any document is expired or will expire today

Note- Do validation for "All Expiration Date" field

1) should prompt alert message on expiry date.
Steps- while saving I-9 form.
After done some changes (No change in Expiry date) and click on Save
Actual- Application allow to save expiry passport data.
Expected - Application should prompt alert message.

2) Application accept back dated Expiration date
Current system accepting the back dated expiration date.
Actual- Application accept back date as Expiration date
Expected - It should not accept back date
