Hi Revansiddha Gaur,
I have tried to export ACA template named 'ACA Prime Test' on LB environment getting server error for below scenarios:
1. mapped employer EIN field
Getting error having following work log

Getting server error having following work log

Repro Steps:
Go to LB environment->Search company->Prime Healthcare->import/export->manual import export->select template->export
Expected : Template should get exported successfully.
Actual: Getting server error. Please refere above mentioned error log.
