      Description

      Scenario

As a User, while completing a form that is assigned to me, I would expect to be give a prompt to either register or sign in.

      Entry:
      1. Use has completed a form assigned to them and submitted.
      Requirements:
      1. Any User that is not logged into the system in which they are completing an assigned form shall be prompted to Register or Sign-in.
        • The User will be redirected to the CB Registration page to either Register or Sign-in.
      2. This prompt shall only be shown after the user completes and submits the first assigned form they interact with during this session
        • If the User skips Registration/Sign-in, then they are able to complete and submit another assigned form (if applicable) and not be prompted again to Register/Sign-In
        • However, if the User ends the current session in which the skipped Registration/Sign-in and then starts another session, they will be prompted to Register or Sign-in again
      3. Their shall be two options on the prompt:
        • Control to take the User to Register or Sign-in
        • Skips the option to Register or Sign-in
      4. On the prompt, it should convey to the User the following (wording should be fully fleshed out from UX):
        • Provide value into why the User should Register
          • No need to highlight why Sign-in is important as the main focus is Registration
          • Benefits can include:
            • Access to forms that are assigned to the User or completed
            • View, Download, and Print forms
        • Ease of Registering
      Exit:
      1. Registers/Sign In Option - Goes to the CB Registration page
      2. Skip Option - Goes back to the Form History page (Need to get actual name of page)

            Hi Aruna Raheja,

            A few items:

            • Need to have it be more appealing for why the User should register or sign-in.
              • Something along the lines as this may be more appropriate:
                • "Registering for an account allows you to easily access your documents to view, complete, download, and print."
            • Is Continue the correct action name for that control, or something else?
              • Register/Sign-In instead?  Just curious on your thoughts.
            • How do we use Sign-In throughout the other CB sites?  Is it Sign In, Sign-In or Sign-in?  Just need to be uniform with all other pages.

Also, should I comment here or on the CBUX ticket with feedback going forward?

            Thanks,

            Robert

            Hi Aruna Raheja,

Thank you for answering those questions!

Per the call this morning, just need to update the pop-up title to be "Please register or sign in to continue"

Once that has been updated and files added here, then we can move this to Dev.

            Thanks,

            Robert

            Hi Aruna Raheja,

I still see in the Review and Sign Page with Registration.png that the text is "Please register or sign in to conine." I thought the recommendation was to remove the period.

Also, on the Review and Sign Page after Registration.png that the page title is "Review and Sign", but the message (the area in the container that has the green line on the left) says "Please Review & Sign" - does "Review" and "Sign" stay capitalized or should that be lower case and do we want to use the & or "and"?

            Thanks,

            Robert
