Scenario
As a User, while completing a form that is assigned to me, I would expect to be give a prompt to either register or sign in.
Entry:
- Use has completed a form assigned to them and submitted.
Requirements:
- Any User that is not logged into the system in which they are completing an assigned form shall be prompted to Register or Sign-in.
- The User will be redirected to the CB Registration page to either Register or Sign-in.
- This prompt shall only be shown after the user completes and submits the first assigned form they interact with during this session
- If the User skips Registration/Sign-in, then they are able to complete and submit another assigned form (if applicable) and not be prompted again to Register/Sign-In
- However, if the User ends the current session in which the skipped Registration/Sign-in and then starts another session, they will be prompted to Register or Sign-in again
- Their shall be two options on the prompt:
- Control to take the User to Register or Sign-in
- Skips the option to Register or Sign-in
- On the prompt, it should convey to the User the following (wording should be fully fleshed out from UX):
- Provide value into why the User should Register
- No need to highlight why Sign-in is important as the main focus is Registration
- Benefits can include:
- Access to forms that are assigned to the User or completed
- View, Download, and Print forms
- Ease of Registering
- Provide value into why the User should Register
Exit:
- Registers/Sign In Option - Goes to the CB Registration page
- Skip Option - Goes back to the Form History page (Need to get actual name of page)
