3.assign view only right to signature and save
4.Send forms : Signature is only view-able
5.Review and sign : Submit the form
6.signature is mandatory is shown in validation pop-up, but as per rights we are not able to edit or add signature
Expected : In case the signature is view only, then form should be able to submit without signature

Verified this in Pre-Prod the issue:
In case of View only rights, the Form is being submitted with out any Validation pop-up error.
Please check the case at your end as well.

Can you confirm the cases which needs to be checked along with E-signature checkbox.
For example:
If e-signature is checked then on which permissions(Editable, View Only, NoRights, Required) we need to skip this check while Review and Sign?

We have verified on preproduction.
This issue is fixed for PDF document.
For HTML document issue still persist for no rights and view only permission

Just verified the case mentioned for HTML forms in Pre-prod env and its working.
Is there some specific user with which you are facing issue, as I have used mohd.belal@careerbuilder.com.
And with this we are able to send the offer letter.

I have verified at my end , used above mentioned email address.
Pre-requisites is : while creating template for HTML document, assign view only rights to signature for End user.
When admin will send the document, Candidate will receive an email for review and sign.
On click of review and sign > signature should be view-able and able to submit the document.
Current implementation : Though the permissions are view only, Candidate is able to sign and submit the document.
Expected : On click of review and sign > signature should only be view-able and able to submit the document.
Same case is applied for no rights
Not working as expected for PDF hence re-opening this ticket
