I dont think this is something in CBAT we use. typically we have these steps in workflow for a candidate

What was the purpose of this requirement? How is the Resume going to be used via this "accepted"? Is it apart of accepting a resume to be parsed? Where will this parsed information live - in DMS or CBAT and how will it be used?
