What extra details would you like here? I guess my first question would be what is the goal of this requirement? Would it be the needed functionality of creating an offer letter and if so, is that captured anywhere else or is this UX ticket the correct place?

Lastly, why is it focused on CBAT and not DMS as offer letter will be used by than just CBAT.

If you can provide any context here that would help, but would also like to discuss on the April 25th scrum meeting.
