Swapnil Pandhare I have created the UI for Account Settings Page in a separate branch from master i.e DMS-33 and pushed the updated code in that.

Validation is added like- when the user will select Notify sender document then No. of Days is mandatory in this case else Not required.

Now the API needs to be integrated for Submitting the form and getting Default Saved values.

Samir, Swapnil Pandhare The task has been completed according to the latest design. I have uploaded the Final design above.

Note: 

1. Select Box contains options from 1-15 as no of days to be selected.
2. Multiple emails need to be added using a semi-colon as a separator in fields carbon-copy and reply-to address.
