Allow DMS users to set up preferences on what email notifications they would like to be copied on that go to the end user.
Entry:
- DMS user navigates to account settings from homepage
Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am DMS user, I am able to set my preferences so that I am CC'ed on email notifications to end users that are delinquent.
*IF I am DMS user, I am able to set my preferences so that I am CC'ed on email notifications to end users that are documents have been completed with attachments.
Exit:
*End saves preferences and closes account settings.
