Feedback on the DMS New User Email:
- Tops image does not load
- User name isnt in the address. It says "Hi First Name, Last Name"
- Grammatical errors in this statement: You have a limited time to review and sign the documents. if you will not complete the docuemnts then your offer letter will get revoked.
- The your password guidance should be edited for US clients. "Family name" isnt widely used in the US.
- Phone number isnt in the correct format
Product should review since there might be other issues in the email. Assuming this email will go to new candidates when they have a document so should make sure this is better formatted/grammer issues are fixed.
(Updated 4/25): Core issue is that this email is showing to candidates they should not be sent an email to create a DMS profile account. We need to prevent this email until we can 1) leverage CB user creation and login and 2) be tied to the Consumer Profile.

Environment: Preprod
As per above Robert's comment we need to change Family Name to Last Name.
Currently, it is appearing unchanged.
Can you please confirm the same. Refer screen capture attached.
