3) Form is downloaded in system
4) Open the form in local machine
5) File is shown as error

Hi Jayshree Nagpure,

Please find below details

Concern: document is not opening after download.

Cause: There was no check into web site that file is exists or not due to which its downloading but not opening.

Correction: We have not added those checked not is't displaying message to user and also file is downloading successfully if exists. Please find below snap.

Please check at you end once and let us know if you face any issues.

We have verified this on preproduction.
Verified the open document from template library and Completed/sent forms library.
Issue is fixed.
