      Description

      Overview:
Upon navigating into the DMS system, I want to be able to easily and intuitively navigate to that various areas within the platform.

      Entry:

      • User enters DMS platform via link or consuming application.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • IF I am logged into the DMS, I am able to easily find the following areas of the system upon login: Upload Forms, Forms Library, Completed/Sent Forms Library, Email Template Creation, Form Creation, User Management, and Account Settings.
      • Attached is a picture of the WT Onboarding & Sertifi dashboards for reference

      Exit:
      *User exits the DMS platform.

      Prerequisites:
*User is a current user of CBAT, CBES, or WT OR has stand alone link to log in.
*User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.

The completed forms library should be Completed/Sent Forms Library - reason being, this is where we can see everything that has been sent, not necessarily just completed. As well, I think we need to rename Form Creation, as i think that might be misleading. I think it should be called Digital Forms Creation - since this is different from uploading a precreated form. The other thing i'm wondering - if I want to send a form(s), i would go into my template library, but what if i do not send yet - where do drafts get stored? As well, should we rename Template Library - as would I necessarily know to go there to 'send' forms? You can see on the Sertifi picture I uploaded there is actually a 'send' action button - should we create one or is that too much visually? HR really liked the simplified look of this, but how can we make easier?

The other thing i'm wondering - if I want to send a form(s), i would go into my template library, but what if i do not send yet - where do drafts get stored? In this case both the form(s) are in library. If you want to send, you can send right away or otherwise they are saved there for editing later on as a draft

As well, should we rename Template Library - as would I necessarily know to go there to 'send' forms? You can see on the Sertifi picture I uploaded there is actually a 'send' action button - should we create one or is that too much visually? HR really liked the simplified look of this, but how can we make easier? - i don't think so we require one more option of send action button, it is there in template library

Trent Sherrell : Your suggestions on this.
