1.Send the document to new candidate
2.Enter new email address
3.Candidate will receive email for review and sign
4.Click on review and sign
5.Pop-up appears for new candidate > click on submit
6.Enter all details for new user to register
7.Candidate will receive an email of welcome user for username and password
8.Observe that logo is not populating
Hi Jayshree Nagpure,
In 'Welcome user Email' template, path of logo was set to relative path, due to this logo image is not populating in email.

I have updated logo path to absolute (full path) and verified this issue and logo is getting populated.Please refer below snapshot for more details.
