Overview:
Upon navigating into the DMS system, I want to be able to easily and intuitively navigate to that various areas within the platform.
Entry:
User enters DMS platform via link or consuming application.
Acceptance Criteria:
IF I am logged into the DMS, I am able to easily find the following areas of the system upon login: Upload Forms, Forms Library, Completed/Sent Forms Library, Email Template Creation, Form Creation, User Management, and Account Settings.
Attached is a picture of the WT Onboarding & Sertifi dashboards for reference
Exit:
*User exits the DMS platform.
Prerequisites:
*User is a current user of CBAT, CBES, or WT OR has stand alone link to log in.
*User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.

The completed forms library should be Completed/Sent Forms Library - reason being, this is where we can see everything that has been sent, not necessarily just completed. As well, I think we need to rename Form Creation, as i think that might be misleading. I think it should be called Digital Forms Creation - since this is different from uploading a precreated form. The other thing i'm wondering - if I want to send a form(s), i would go into my template library, but what if i do not send yet - where do drafts get stored? As well, should we rename Template Library - as would I necessarily know to go there to 'send' forms? You can see on the Sertifi picture I uploaded there is actually a 'send' action button - should we create one or is that too much visually? HR really liked the simplified look of this, but how can we make easier?
