DMS dashboard should be available to the recruiter to check what documents are signed and pending. The dashboard available to super admin should be available to the recruiter.

There isn’t a dashboard or at least an overview of document statuses (in progress, completed, overdue, etc..). You have to manually keep track of which candidate(s) had documents sent to them and you have to navigate to each candidate in the ATS to check the status. There is also no alert for when a document gets signed/completed. This is very inefficient and would cost a recruiter/admin a lot of time to keep track of documents
