Subject line of the email to candidate says “Reminder:” – seems to be missing some more info in the email subject line. It should be like:
"Reminder: Please Review and Sign Document"
Subject is going blank in Integration API's case as we do not take any specific input for subject.
Code changes done to show email template subject along with form subject. if form subject is not present, then only email template subject will be shown.
E.g : as per new implementation subject will be : Review and Sign Documents- I9 form
Here Review and Sign Documents is the email template subject and I9 form is the subject given while sending the form.
If subject is blank, then subject line of delinquent email will be Reminder: Review and Sign Documents
