If user is unable to map system feilds or make any changes due to edit, then a error message should appear that this forms is in use and you are not able to edit this template at the moment, what a user needs to do in order to edit this?

| Description |
DMS dashboard should be available to recruiter to check what documents are singed and pending. The dashboard available to super admin, should be available to recruiter.
!Screen Shot 2019-05-13 at 4.01.18 PM.png! There isn’t a dashboard or at least an overview of document statuses (in progress, completed, overdue, etc..). You have to manually keep track of which candidate(s) had documents sent to them and you have to navigate to each candidate in the ATS to check the status. There is also no alert for when a documents gets signed/completed.
