Steps :
1.Create PDF/HTML Doc
2.Send the form
3.Review and Sign
4.Sign the document and Submit
5.Received Error

Hi Ganesh Sadawarte,

Verified on Preproduction after today build deployment.
We are still not able to submit PDF/HTML/Text document.
Getting error after submitting document
Can you please check.
Refer attached screencapture

Functionality wise this is not duplicate of ~~DMS-1504~~, ~~DMS-1504~~ is now resolved after today's build deployment (14/june/2019)

Hence re-opening this ticket

Dictionary passing null on review & sign page which causing error. We now handle null condition.
