      Environment: Preprod
      Login: Candidate
      Browser: FF and Chrome

      Steps:
      1. Admin Login > Send Form
      2. Update mapped fields > Submit
      3. Email > candidate Login
      4. Review and Sign Page > Select PDF document
      5. Download

      Expected: All the fields filled should be reflected in downloaded file
      Actual: Few fields text is missing.

            Hi Ganesh Sadawarte,

            For downloading PDF file we are using following service:
            FileUpload-> DownloadFileByTemplateID
             
            Fields are not getting updated in the pdf while download.

             

            Also as discussed, please check the same in Completed/Sent form library page as well.

            • We have checked file is writing properly on API site.
            • The you use might have problem due to which its not working.
            • We have checked with another file it downloading properly.
            • API Testing.

            Fields on second page are not populating in case of download.

            Hi Narendra Kumar,

            We are facing issue with the provided PDF CBOfferLetterWithSignature.pdf which we have been using since starting.

            The mapped field values are not getting updated in second page of this pdf when we are trying to download.

            PS: For first and last page, the values are properly getting mapped.
