Steps:
1. Admin lofin
2. Send Forms
3. PDF Template > Next
4. Update details > Preview
5. Error
Expected: Admin should able to preview PDF document.

Cause for this issue was that on MySql server configuration, for group_concat function, max length was set to 1024, which was truncating signature field value.
On server this limit is now increased to 65535 to fix this issue.

As communicated earlier over slack - SELECT ColumnName, TRIM(GROUP_CONCAT(ColumnValue SEPARATOR ' ')) ColumnValue, RightsID from FinalOutPutValues GROUP BY ColumnName; in DMS_SP_GetTemplateFormMappedDetails is causing issue while previewing if Signature is present.
If above line is replaced with SELECT ColumnName, ColumnValue, RightsID from FinalOutPutValues; then Preview and submit works successfully.
Please verify this scenario.
