Few HTML files are not responsive because of CSS conflicts on repeated html tags in iframe.
Need to find a workaround to remove unnecessary tags if not required.

With mobile view Review and Sign page is displayed as required.

As per discussion with Mohd Belal, this issue is reagarding mobile view for Review an dsign page.
