DMS | Production | Dashboard | Widget - Count not matching

Environment: Prod
Login: Admin
Browser: FF and Chrome
Company: CBAT_Company

Issues
1. Dashboard Counter shows > Document Template count = 3
But 2 Templates are Active and 1 is Archived.
Expected: Only Active count is displayed in widget

2. Email Sent count shows - 95. Burt after clicking it there are no mail sent.
