If the client is reporting several timeouts when candidates are attempting to complete form what info should we be asking the client to get from the candidate - just the browser? and maybe how long they spent on it?
The most recent instance occurred with requisition # 629-291 - Production Technician (Duluth, MN).
The candidates that reported issues are: Zachary St. Arnold and Broc Johnson

Not able to reproduce this issue, will look at API performance aspect of it.

I tried it from the UI side also, but not able to reproduce it. Can we have some screenshot or console error to debug this issue?

Is Candidate taking more than 15 min in completing the form? I have tested it on the production and it is working fine but If I took more than 15min in completing the form then only you will get a timeout otherwise it is working fine.

Hello Narendra Kumar, we are waiting for the client to provide more examples. We have not been able to recreate either and we have been asking for weeks. They said they have only had 3-4 reports in the last 3 weeks but are also adament it keeps happening. The only info they provided was a candidate was on a chromebook.
We will capture a HAR, browser info, time of occurence, form and the actions they were taking. We are waiting for them to direct the candidate to us.

Trying to reproduce this issue, but found other two that may be the reason of this.

When we were trying to reproduce this issue, I found some other two. I have attached both issues with this issue and both are now fixed. It could be possible that we will cover this issue under DMS-2200.
