            Hi Narendra Kumar,

The session time pop up is appearing if we leave the system idle for 30 mins, but clicking on 'Stay Signed In' button then click on any of the links or refresh the page then the pop up of session out is appearing.

            Please find the attached screenshot,

            Hi Utkarsh.Katiyar

We have now updated the token expiry to 60 minutes. Now it will work. Please test it again.

            Hi Narendra Kumar,

Still, 'Session Log Out' pop up is coming after clicking on Stay Signed In button of the session time out pop up.

So, the issue is not resolved.

            Query:

The session time out is taking the idle time of the system, not of the DMS portal web page which means we have to completely leave the system idle for 30 mins. I can't perform any other activity in any other browser or tab to get the session time out pop up.

            Is this functionality is fine?

Utkarsh.Katiyar Its the ideal time for that tab only. Rest you can do anything in your system or browser.

Pop up is coming fine. But on click of the "Stay Sign in" button, it should not expire the session. Let me check it thoroughly. I'll update you soon on this.

            Hi Narendra Kumar,

I have tried the session out issue in incognito mode & found it is still logging out after clicking the Stay Signed In button.

Yesterday performed on Firefox after clearing the cache, but still the same issue.
