Overview:
Allow DMS users to 'archive' forms within the forms library so that they can no longer be used by users, but a history is kept of the form.
Entry:
User enters Forms Library in DMS
User navigates to the archive column in Forms Library
Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am in the Forms Library, I can see a column for 'Archive'.
*IF I am in the forms library and click the 'Archive' icon for a specific form, that form will no longer be available to use to send to end users.
*IF a form is archived, it will go into the Archive vs. being available in the library.
*IF I have archived a form, it can be removed from the Archive, if needed, by an admin.
Exit:
*DMS user clicks archive button.
*DMS user leaves Forms Library.
Prerequisites:
*User is a current user of CBAT, CBES, or WT OR has stand alone link to log in.
*User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.

Good question - I do not think we need to make a third library. What if there was a tab at the top that defaulted to Active, but you could click Archived and that would show old forms? Thoughts? Aruna RahejaTrent Sherrell

added a comment - Hi Molly,
As per discussion assigning the Jira to you.
Test Cases attached for reference.
Request you to please review and confirm the same.
Thanks
I went through the test cases. I can say the first 4 passed the test, however once i archived a document, it did not show up in the archived document tab. Because of this, I could not test the remaining items since there was nothing in that tab. I was testing on dms.workterra.net.

Everything looks good - but again when you delete an archived template, it then redirects back to active templates when done vs. back to the archived templates.

Yes, it redirects to Active Template, do you want this to remain on Archive Tab?

Priya Dhamande I think it would make sense - let's say they are cleaning up their templates - if they keep getting redirected to active it would be frustrating. To me, it makes sense to redirect to the area they are working in vs. a different area. Robert Malony

We will track DMS-1008 for ensuring the user stays on the Archived tab and add comments there rather than this one.
Thanks,
Robert
