Overview:
A user to be notified that an email message did not go through due to having an invalid email address.
Entry:
User sends email message.
Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I send an email to an invalid email address, I am notified that the email did not go through (either via pop-up immediately or through email).
*IF I send an email to an invalid email address, this is also reflected in the communication history that it bounced, and reasoning.
Exit:
*User gets notification that the email did not go through due to an invalid email address.
Prerequisites:
*User is a current user of DMS or consuming application.
We need to discuss the feasibility of this case according to the email provider service which we are using since the API response is different in each case.

Hi Aruna Raheja, we can show reason for bounced email, it can be any reason(incorrect email address or delivery failure because of any other reason), reason string will be provided by email service provider, we can display that as is. OR bounce classification is also available, we can classify bounce reason according to then, see this for all available categories: https://www.sparkpost.com/docs/deliverability/bounce-classification-codes/
Again this might vary from service provider to service provider, some other provider may give additional or less categories.
