      Description

      Overview:
      A user to be notified that an email message did not go through due to end user's email system marking the message as spam.

      Entry:
      *User sends email message.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      *IF I send an email message to a user who's email system marked my email as spam, I am notified that the email did not go through / get delivered (either via pop-up immediately or through email).
      *IF I send an email message to a user who's email system marked my email as spam, this is also reflected in the communication history that it did not go through/was not delivered, and reasoning.

      Exit:
      *User gets notification that the email did not go through due being marked as spam.

      Prerequisites:
      *User is a current user of DMS or consuming application.

          Aruna Raheja - What have you seen done before? To me, a bounce, spam, service interruption are all reasons that a mail was undeliverable. Do you make a tab for Undeliverable, and then show reasons like bounce, spam etc, in the details?

          Molly Ronovsky: As in discussion with Dev and Ravi, we concluded that Spam should not covered under Undeliverable because the mail is delivered in SPAM instead of Inbox. Your Suggestions?

          Molly Ronovsky: Please check the attached mockups. In Spam case, we can't show immediate Popup as it is not technically feasible.
