Overview:
As an end user, I want to be able to opt in / opt out (unsubscribe) of receiving mass email communications from a company within the email.
Entry:
- User receives a mass mailing from a company.
- User clicks out communication preferences or unsubscribe link.
- User is directed to preference center and updates preferences.
Acceptance Criteria:
- IF I receive a mass mailing from a company, I have a link at the bottom to opt out / unsubscribe / update preferences.
- IF I click on link to manage preferences, I am able to update my preferences for communication.
- IF I update my preferences to not receive mass mailings, I no longer will receive mass mailings.
Exit:
*User saves preferences and exits the preference center.
Prerequisites:
*End User has been sent mass mailing.
