My client CCS group reported the following issue:
I moved this candidate (ID=5287) through each stage of the pipeline to compliance for the requisition (ID=522 – Care Assistant, Sholing, Southampton). I checked the forms in the requisition and there are only 3 forms, but if you see on the screenshot below the offer letter was sent twice!
I have tested it with a test candidate and I was able to replicate it and I have received 2 offer letters. the order of the email is the following:
1- offer letter
2- booking training
3-offer letter
4 payroll

Can you please investigate why we are sending 2 offer letters, please?
