      Description

      Overview:
      As a user, I want to be able to send and capture emails within the portal so that all messaging is accurately documented and sent from one place.

      Entry:

      • User sends email.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • IF I am a user, I am able to send emails to end users that they can receive and reply to.
      • IF I am a user, I have the option to put communication in different languages.
      • IF I am a user, I know that the email is queued up to be sent after hitting send.
      • IF I am a user, I am able to see end user's reply and respond, within portal / consuming application.
      • IF I am a user, I am able to see the history of the communication between user / end user.
      • IF I am a user that has sent an email, I know that all messages sent from center are compliant so that I do not break any sort of law.

      Exit:
      *End user receives email / history captured.

      Prerequisites:
      *User can send emails.
      *End User has been sent email.

            Hi Molly Ronovsky : We need clarification on below point for Dev as well as for UX

            • IF I am a user, I know that the email is queued up to be sent after hitting send.
            • What will be the action buttons for Email History
            • How Grouping of mails will work
            • Group By feature for Email Template (Need Detailing)
            • For multi lingual part do we need to change the whole page or part of message body
            • Dev needs to discuss about Multi lingual editor
            • Do we need CC/BCC in email send template

            This basically just means that once you hit send, it goes into the queue to be sent / make sure this goes out
            What will be the action buttons for Email History
            I'm not sure what you are asking here? But essentially, I want to be able to see the history of the communication....
            How Grouping of mails will work
            Is this a dev question?
            Group By feature for Email Template (Need Detailing)
            This is a CBAT feature, which is a nice to have, but do not necessarily need. Basically - this is an option so you can organize the types of emails you have: automatic responses, candidate, interview - whatever you want them to be. But client can better organize their email templates based on what they are used for
            For multi lingual part do we need to change the whole page or part of message body

            The APi is tested for:
            Sending Email for To, CC and BCC with and without attachment. All worked as expected.

            The only issue observed is CC person is getting 2 emails instead of one.
            So, reopening the jira for the same.

            All emails received as expected. Also the issue of multiple emails to CC person is resolved.
