Overview:
Ability to see a historic record of all messaging (email / text) sent to a particular candidate.
Entry:
- User navigates to a candidate.
- User navigates to history.
Acceptance Criteria:
- IF I am a user, I am able to navigate to a candidate and see communication history to see what communication was sent from portal.
- IF I am a user looking at a candidate, I am able to see what was sent, when it was sent (date & time (timestamp)), to whom, what type of communication it was (text, email), if a template was used, which one.
- IF I am a user looking at a candidate, I am able to see when a candidate opened the communication.
Exit:
- User sees all communication sent to candidate.
Prerequisites:
*User can can see communication history.
For now, DMS will just have the communication history at a high level, but in consuming apps, we would have this detail. We need to create a candidate portfolio, as we had discussed on a call, and then this logic would apply there too.
