When we clone for any existing system template , it displays ERROR: "Email template is already exist for english language underend user email category."
Steps to reproduce the Issue are mentioned as below:
step1: Log in to CBAT and than DMS toolbox.
step2: clickon "Edit DMS email templates".
step3: select any existing system template and CLONE it.
step4: "CLONE EMAIL TEMPLATE" API will display.
step5: Make necessary changes in fields like change "template name" , "cc mail" , "subject" , "Message body" etc.
step6: Click on "Save" button.
Expectation is it should save the copy of template by different name provided by user but it is not working as Expected,

We can have only one system template for each category and each language. But if you try to create another template under the same category you will get this error. So this is a feature but not a bug.
