User not able to see DMS templates files

      Description

      Hi team,

      The user mdowthwaite@all-care.co.uk is not able to see any DMS templates I have checked the access level and everything is correct.

      I granted the access level to this user a month ago to be able to see the DMS documents but now he is not able to see them anymore.

      Can you please investigate why this user is not able to see the documents?

          This was happening because the user was not having the full permissions,  now I have assigned him all permissions. So can you please check and let me know if it is working?

          As Olivier.Ghesquiere confirmed, the user is not able to see the documents. I have tested in my end and I cannot see any documents

          Can you please investigate why? Thank you!
