Hi team,
The user mdowthwaite@all-care.co.uk is not able to see any DMS templates I have checked the access level and everything is correct.
I granted the access level to this user a month ago to be able to see the DMS documents but now he is not able to see them anymore.
Can you please investigate why this user is not able to see the documents?
