Hi Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar,

While working on ~~DMS-169~~ ~~DMS-277~~ we found that we require below changes in table structure.

Default columns need to add for table [created by user & datetime. updated by user & datetime]
Meta data table need to add for to maintain.
DMS fields table need to add is filed is meta data and which table referring this .
