Overview:
Allow end user to complete form(s) that have been requested to be completed.
Entry:
- End user enters DMS platform via link.
- End user sees forms awaiting completion.
- End user opens form(s)
Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I open form, I am able to complete fields that need to be completed.
*IF I am requested to electronically sign, I am able to input my signature.
*IF I need to request a change to the document before signing, I can decline to sign, send back to owner with a reason why.
*IF I sign the document, I am able to print out the signed document.
*IF I complete and sign document, I am able to hit 'Submit Electronically'.
*IF I complete a document and have additional documents to sign, I am notified to "Please review and complete the remaining items in your profile."
Exit:
*End user completes forms and exits platform.
Aruna Raheja If you download to PDF you can print - ideally AFTER you sign, you can view, download, print.
As well, i think you need to discuss with Swapnil Pandhare the way the esignature will work. As well, we discussed having the option of using the types or the doodle type signature. CBES needs the doodle.
For the decline screen - we should change 'description' to 'Comments'.

Molly Ronovsky : Can you please confirm about the print functionality here, as sertifi is giving you PDF download option when you click on Print.
Also i have designed some of the screens as per this ticket. Kindly have a look and provide your feedback onto the same.
