My question on this that what will be the fields that we need to take for uploading a new form. Kindly confirm that.
Also as per my understanding we are giving the option of renaming a document while sending.

Hi Aruna,
As I read through this, it started to make more sense of what my thought process was as well as what we were talking about the other day in terms of sending forms. As you can see in the ticket, to get here the user navigates to 'send forms' from dashboard - which is not accounted for on your first mockup. Then from there, they would be able to select which forms to send or they could upload a new doc. I would think if they upload a new doc, they have the ability to say "Save as Template" and if they choose that, they would then see the fields to fill out the additional information like they do in the library. Does that make sense?
Sometime though, they might just be uploading a one off doc they need to get signed and it doesn't have to be saved as a template in the library - which in that case, they would just browse upload and then send with the right information (who it goes to, etc.) These are the fields Sertifi shows - however, they show those first then upload the doc, which seems backwards to me:

Please review the attached pages. It will work like below way.

Kindly provide your feedback.
I checked your mockups. I had few queries on below ones:
1.Send Forms List.png (List will be shown)
Query 1 - We already have this grid in Completed forms library page. Why we need this one ?
Query 2 - Also, this is "Send forms" screen. Form is not sent yet. So, we can't have receiver in this one?
2. Person clicked on send icon and landed on details page (Add Details _Sent form.png)
Query 1 - We already mapped fields on Create document template screen. Why we need mapping listboxes on this one ?
Query 2 - Also, Does this require expiration date field needed here?
Query 3 - List of forms should be there to select one .
Can you please upload the flow to get this more clear?
3. Preview Screen (Sent Form_preview.png) -
Query 1 - Can you please upload PDF that was originally uploaded to get this preview ?
4. Person clicked on Add new form (Add new form.png)
Query 1 - Do we need this ? This is already present on Create document template screen .Can we just redirect to existing screen?
5. Enter Details (Add Details _new form.png)

We would want to show available forms to send, with checkboxes like the dms send forms i uploaded way back when. Then user could either choose from that list, OR upload a new form to send. Swapnil Pandhareis correct, we wouldn't see receiver.
As well, swapnil, there may be cases where a user would need to send a specific form/document to a specific individual; not a template. Therefore they can come in here and do a one off send, which is available in Sertifi today. I am happy to show you in a demo of how it works?
the doucment template is more of standard docs going out, then when you actually go to send forms, they can either choose standard OR upload a one off that doesn't necessarily need to be saved as a template in the system.

We could remove the following columns: open, signed, status
Can we have the second column just be called 'Creator'?
Can you please share finalized mockups for all screens today? Due to this , we are not able to start HTMLs on these pages and it will delay sprint 3 deliverables.

I got the changes on 6th Nov and our office is off from that day. Will start working on the changes by today and get back to you by today EOD.
We have minor changes on design so i think you can start with the HTML
Aruna Raheja
added a comment - Molly Ronovsky : Below changes has been done.
Single send button
Mapping fields need to be removed
Upload new form should be added
Expiration date needs to be removed
Preview Form of grouped forms
Aruna Raheja When i look at the send forms list, i still see the title for the column as Sender/creator. As we discussed and my comment a week ago, should just be creator.
The upload new form - is this the ad-hoc? If so, why does button say 'save template'?
The other items for mapping, expiration and preview look good.

Kindly check so that i can close the ticket.
Aruna Raheja The column looks good, and i would have the button just say 'Upload' since that is what you are doing. Correct? I thought the buttons were supposed to represent the action in the UX world? Correct me if i am wrong though!

On send form details screen, we have following fields. Can you please update on following queries :
1.1st signer - Will this email address be copied on email? Is there hierarchy based signing functionality in this release ? If yes , on which card its there?
2. Additional signers - Will this email address be copied on email? Is there hierarchy based signing functionality in this release ? If yes , on which card its there?
3. CC(Non-signers) - Other than copying on email, does this field has any other role?
4. Message - Will this be email body?
Also, can we use same fields on resend form from completed forms library ?

Add Action Required and Reference Document (Upload Functionality)

Remove Drag and Drop from Send form Details

1. 1st signer is the where you insert candidate's email address - this is primary signer
2. This would be second signer - so after primary signer signs, they would get - see below for sertifi's logic. DMS - 40 goes into multiple signers.
3. CC is just being copied
4. Yes, that will go into the email
• 1st Level Signer(s) - primary signers
• 2nd Level Signer(s) - receive only after all primary signers have signed
• CC (Non-Signers) - only views the documents
Note – Up to 5 signing levels. Multiple signers can be added at each level using a comma to separate email addresses. File Name is included within the email to signers and is used to find the file when viewing reports. Personalized message appears in the initial email to signers and is the first message in Sertifi Deal.Stream.

Thanks for the answers.
1. If First signer is candidate then do we need additional field named "Email address" on "Send form details" screen ?
2. Also, all these fields will have comma seperated email addresses?

Hi Aruna Raheja ,
Can you please update on Editable title field that is added on send forms grid ?
Thanks,
Swapnil P.
As per my understanding "Editable Title" is for renaming the document that will sent as an attachment (this is what sertifi do). So if a document name is "X" in grid and admin has enter "Y" in editable field then the attachment goes by the name "X".

Swapnil Pandhare Agree we do not need both 1st signer and email address - i think we should discuss on call.
And Aruna Raheja this would be the title of the file we send to the candidate vs. the name of the template - so you had it almost right. The attachment would go by Y
