Also, are we sure we need all of that information from the candidate? I have the same questions as you do above - Samir can you help answer and let us know if there is a way to make this easier on the candidate? Also, will some of this be prefilled if they have already given us that information? More than likely, we will already have name, email, and phone number. What is the difference between ID and login? Are the security questions listed the only option or would we do similar to CB where you pick the question / answer?

Per meeting this morning:

Registration:

• Remove IP Address field from mock-up
• Remove API User from mock-up
• User Name / Password - these will be system generated
• Information that we have already collected will be automatically populated; user will need to input security question/ answers
• Once user inputs security information, email will be sent to user with username / password
• Email content for registration with terms and conditions etc - Samir to send Aruna Raheja details on what will be included / what existing format is so she can complete the email template
• Subtask for 27 - ticket needs to be created in CB JIRA
• Confirmation page after registering - new mock-up needs to be created; can be a subtask that Samir will create to let Aruna Raheja know requirements

Forgot Password:

• Company Name can be removed
• Security questions to move to second screen
• If email is not verified, need to show error page - need mock-up / Kristen was going to send some of the error messages they have for CB Authentication side

Log in:

• nandu requested to see a mock-up of the scenario when a user is associated with two companies, how does the user choose which company (either a pop-up after login, or from dashboard?)
• The email should be a user ID
• Company to be removed

Dashboard

• Mock-up is completed - the mock-up in this ticket is showing an example of waht a user might see, but depending on access level, they could see more or less tiles when logging in.

Aruna Raheja, I am comparing Forgot Password, Sign In screens between DMS-153 and DMS-27, there few differences I found on fields and buttons. Can you please confirm on the final screens?

Hi Smita Pawar : Yesterday we had a discussion with Samir and product owner and they decided some changes on login screen, registration and forgot password screen. I am working on that changes and will update the screens by today EOD.

There are few differences in button styling used on Forgot Password, Sign Up and the internal pages. i.e. Sizes, look and feel. On internal pages we have small buttons and there is no border for secondary action. Is there any specific thought behind this. Please find below images for your reference and confirm.

Hi Smita Pawar : For login flows, we are using buttons with borders and font-size: 20px. If you want you can change the size as per inner buttons but look and feel should be like this way only.

Hi Molly Ronovsky : Have used text box for security question on forgot password as there user can't select the questions as it is auto populated from the DB that he has selected at the time of registration.

The mailer looks good. However, the end user to receive email mailer has verbiage i would change:
"You can review and sign the document(s) sent to you..." we don't want to say 'the same'
