Embed thumbnail of PDF in email body and download that pdf from email

      Description

      This is subtask of DMS-32 to be taken in sprint 5.
      Tasks :
      1.Create pdf image and embed that in email body.
      2. Create link and attach it to image onclick event. Reuse Download pdf API if possible Or else create a subtask for API
      2. On click of that image, invoke an api to download that pdf.

            Hi All,

            As per the requirement & Description mentioned above, we have done R&D along with the analysis of this implementation

            1. We are using Ghostscriptsharp library to create pdf thumbnail (I have found the only possible way for Asp.net core framework)
            2. We are embedding the created thumbnail into HTML using Base64 encoding as suggested for Sendgrid (Gmail is blocking this, works with other clients)
            3. We are using File download API from user controller with route attribute and parameter encryption to download the file from email.

            This Jira will be deployed after code review.
