This is subtask of DMS-32 to be taken in sprint 5.
Tasks :
1.Create pdf image and embed that in email body.
2. Create link and attach it to image onclick event. Reuse Download pdf API if possible Or else create a subtask for API
2. On click of that image, invoke an api to download that pdf.
