Molly Ronovsky : I have taken some reference from sertifi and design the attach screen. I am not sure whether it is correct or not. Can you please provide your feedback onto the same.

I am attaching sertifi screen as well from where i have taken reference.

Aruna Rahejagood start - but we would also want the preferences for if they want to be notified once a signer has signed a document, and that notification would show the signed document, if a signature is delinquent, and they can decide after how long of the signer not signing do they want to be notified that it still isn't signed.

Here is what Sertifi looks like

• we would like the user to be able to input an email address or mark that the 'sender' automatically gets the notification. Right now with Sertifi, you have to put in the email address and its hard coded, vs. being able to say 'whomever sent the document gets the notifications'. Can you have a checkbox that just states 'Send notification to Sender when document completed'. As well, we need another option to put in something like 'Notify sender that document is delinquent' and then have a field for 'after how many days' maybe something like the idea below.

Aruna Raheja I tihnk you can change your mock-up to be 'Notifications & Alerts', and then you can have a box for CC if they do want to hard code an email in there...they can also choose the checkbox to say look at who sent the document and send that person the alert. You can use the Sertifi image to see what to include.

Molly Ronovsky : The above comments are not very much clear. Have uploaded the screen on the basis of what i understand. Kindly have a look and confirm.

The page that you looked at in Sertifi is the edit sending page settings. So, it will change up the options on the page where you go to send. In our case, that would be if we go to send forms from dashboard, based on the settings you looked at, it will show me what field options i have to fill in. We did not include that in this epic - it's a nice to have, but not part of the story.

What this epic is referring to, is the Notifications and Alerts the end user will receive based on the files they send. So, if I as an end user want to be alerted when the document has been completed / signed, i have the option to either insert email addresses here OR use the checkbox to just say send the notification to whomever sent the file to the candidate to let them know it was completed. As well, I want to be able to indicate if that notification includes a copied of the signed forms as an attachment, a link in the email or nothing.

Additionally, if there is an outstanding file that has NOT been completed, I want to be alerted that a file to a candidate has NOT been completed after a certain amount of days. So it's a two part question - if the user says yes, i want to be alerted of delinquent files, then i also have to indicate WHEN i want to be alerted..

Swapnil Pandhare Today with Sertifi they are account wide. So whatever settings are chosen, that is the settings for the system. Do you have a suggestion on a better way to do it?

Hi Samir,

As discussed in meeting, i have done the below changes:

1. Removed "Default Signers Section"
2. Once a person clicked on "Send Notification to Sender when document completed", 2 options will populate i.e "Include attachments" & "Notify sender document delinquent".
3. Once a person clicked on "Notify Sender", dropdown list of no. of days will populate.

Have attached the latest mockups, kindly let me know if something i have missed.

Aruna Raheja Why do we have delinquent mixed with completed? Shouldn't that be it's own option?

Also the return recipient? - are we saying that we should let the sender be notified as soon as the candidate opens the document? Like a read receipt? If so, that verbiage is confusing.
