Overview:
Ability to see all mass mailings that have been sent to a candidate on the candidate's portfolio.
Entry:
- User navigates to candidate
- User sees mass mailing history to candidate.
Acceptance Criteria:
- IF I am a user looking at a candidate, I am able to see a Mass Mailing history tab to see what mass mailings have been sent to the candidate.
- IF I am a user looking at a candidate's mass mailing history, I am able to view the content of the mass mailing that was sent.
- IF I am user looking at a candidate mass mailing, I am able to see specific stats associated with the mass mailing similar to what is in CBAT:
Exit:
- User views mass mailing history

*User has access to the DMS.

Aruna Raheja This is fine - but we will need to consider the overall stats like the image attached. Also, this is an item for future consideration in the DMS, not one we are implementing right now, so it could need to be revised / changed.
Molly Ronovsky : I have added an attachment column, which shows attached docs or images. As you mentioned, will revise the design whenever required.

CC: Kristen Aruna Raheja Ok, that's fine. But what I was referring to is that on an overall basis, but just candidate, we would need stats like they are shown on the image i uploaded on Dec 21. So just would need to think about where that would live.
Molly Ronovsky: I have taken the fields as per the attached screenshot. I have only taken the dates if the email is not read, the date section will be displayed as N/A.
I am having some confusion on this like what will be the values for Read, Click and Application. If you can elaborate this then it will be good because on ATS staging server I didn't find any data.

For your info:
read - date read, i dont know why there are two columns for that, click would be if there is a link within the mass mailing how many people actually clicked on that link, and if there was a link for an application, how many people applied.
Swapnil Pandhare As mentioned above, since the communication project got halted, we should not be doing this. I saw it get moved to to do, so i just wanted to clarify.
