Overview:
Ability to see all mass mailings that have been sent to a candidate on the candidate's portfolio.

Entry:

• User navigates to candidate
• User sees mass mailing history to candidate.

Acceptance Criteria:

• IF I am a user looking at a candidate, I am able to see a Mass Mailing history tab to see what mass mailings have been sent to the candidate.
• IF I am a user looking at a candidate's mass mailing history, I am able to view the content of the mass mailing that was sent.
• IF I am user looking at a candidate mass mailing, I am able to see specific stats associated with the mass mailing similar to what is in CBAT:

• User views mass mailing history
